OTOR IS NOT ORIG TO THE CAR HAS NOT BEEN STARTED IN 28YEARS THE CAR IS A H CODE 383. DOES HAVE A FENDER TAG BUT NO BUILD SHEET. THE CAR WAS PAINTED ONCE BEFORE EXCEPT NOW BEING SPRAYED FLAT BLACK.
