2006 Porsche 911

I'm selling my gorgeous C2. I really enjoyed it. but is time to move on.  
I purchased this car from Bert Smith Porsche out of St.  Petersburg. Florida about 10 months ago. As you can see from the Autocheck the car has always been a Florida car. Clean title. Never in accidents. The original owner had it for almost 10 years. I'm the 2nd owner.  All maintenance done at the Porsche dealer. Let me know if you would like me to email you the 30 pages of service record.  The car is in pristine condition. Non smoker. No scratches or dents. All original. No aftermarket equipment or modification. Drives nice. No issues whatsoever since I've own it. I might sound like a used car salesman when I tell you "It is hard to find a 10 year car in this condition". Both the original owner and myself took care of this car. The photos don't do justice. You need to see it in person. My wife asked me why I'm selling it. Well. if she would allow me to have several Porsche's parked in the garage I wouldn't consider selling it. But. I need to let the car go so I can justify buying a 991. BTW: For those of you out there looking for a 997 manual. I suggest you reconsider. unless you are thinking of tracking the car. For those like me. who live in a big city with lots of traffic. automatic is the way to go. You will not regret it.  
Condition (the Good)- The car drives great.  - Everything works- No accidents- No repaint- No dings or scratches- Everything stock- No rattle noises- Clean Title - No Rust- Interior is immaculate- Maintenance done at Porsche dealer- No roof leaks- No engine leaks- Car regularly wash and wax
Condition (the Bad)- The is a small (1/2 inch) faded spot on the driver side bolster seat (see pic)- There is a few tiny stone chips on the hood and windshield (normal in all 911). You can hardly see them. - The rear carpet located behind the rear seat (hatch carpet) is lightly faded. since the car does not have window tints. - Two of the wheels have one small curb rash (see pics)
