Triumph Stag Auto, Original Engine, Includes Private Registration 6561 PX

Where to start. my beloved 1975 Stag originally on a "P" plate. I bought this from a berieved estate sale. The old gentleman only used it for Shows in the summer for many years.

I am having a clear out of half my collection to free up funds for a new project (Jaguar XJC restoration).

I am also selling a pair of MGB's.

In April and May of this year for the MOT. the floor and outriggers were completely replaced (hard to remove the outriggers without damaging the floor)

The gear box was sent off for an overhaul and has a years warranty.

The softtop is a recent addition. top quality.

A new Manifold to tail pipe stainless exhaust was fitted. and the car was serviced. tuned and fettled in preparation for the Spa Classic Weekend in Belgium.

It did the 909 mile journey without a blip to Belgium. Germany for some beer and back. and has since covered another 3000 miles this summer.

It has an electric fan fitted and has No Overheating Problem. even sitting in traffic on the hottest days.

The engine is very strong and has no issues. the gearbox is still tight and running in. It sounds awesome with the new pipes.

I know what this car is worth in its condition. throw in a £1500 registration number and it is the cheapest good stag on sale.

It's not perfect. plan was to tidy the exterior over the winter. however do no confuse this with a rot box. this has cosmetic blibs only.

Other known pain. is the indicator stalk. need to click it two or three times when turning left before it decides to work. advised it could do with a replacement.

A very nice colour. other winter task was to paint the roof Orange. the old boy preferred it white. but I have not had it on since buying the car last year.
