Pilgrim Family 4 seater 30

I'm a firm believer in letting the pictures do the talking so please forgive me if you love endlessly detailed vehicle descriptions
This is a Pilgrim Family.  It was purchased as a kit from Pilgrim cars of Brighton who at the timeproduced some of the best quality kit cars that money could buy.
The red GRP bodywork is underpinned by a fully galvanised steel chassis to which have been added the components from a 1979 2. 0 litre Ford Cortina.
The pinto engine suits the car well and with the K&N filter. it sounds like it ought to. This is helped in part by the single box. stainless steel. side exit exhaust.
As with most kits. it has been cherished and well maintained.  I have every single bill from day one until the present and all the MOT's etc.
At MOT time (a week ago) I replaced plugs. HT leads. dizzy cap and rotor as they are incredibly cheap and were beginning to show signs of age.
The car has done about 1000 miles a year over the last few years and has never missed a beat. The roof is pretty good and has no rips or tears at all. it's also pretty weatherproof. The heater also works well and both de-mists the screen as well as heats the cab.
One of the unique features of this car is that it has genuine 2 + 2 seating for adults as my 77 year old Mum will testify after being sat in it last week for a trip to the pub.
It's in great shape in every way. has nice period looking chrome wires. nbsp;with good tread on the tyres and the GRP shines beautifully with a dab of wax applied.
