Reluctant sale - new business venture requires funds

This is one of two Volvo P1800 I own. it was a concourse car only a few years back and used a daily (LAST MOT 2011) car however its been out away in my garage since. I believe she will make a real investment for someone and I have priced her for that. There is some rust here and there however is solid mostly.

Engine + transmission:
The car runs and starts on the button. engages all gears and drives - however has been off the road since late 2011. She will need trailoring away sadly.

Bodywork: 7/10
She is solid. sills and normal areas around lights are all excellent. Ofcourse Volvo's of the era suffered rust and this is not immune but its workable. There is some minor rust on the boot lid. bonnet hinges and on passager sill however easy fixes for someone. She is good solid condition and all panels are concourse and perfect in many ways. by no means a rust buckets you get on here. She is missing mirrors. which I have misplaced somewhere in moving - sure they will turn up.

Paintwork: 8/10
She is beautiful and shines up a treat -  however over the years the paint has tiny bubbling started. Its not rust. possible poor paint quality. Its not worth striping her right back for a many years to come as she is lovely and usable. however at some point I would like to have treated her to a new paint job. Chrome is very good too. and will shine up a treat.

Interior: 9/10
Great interior - black trim with no tears or scuffs. Carpets in good condition too. Original radio and aircon. My aim was to have new seats fitted as I felt the ride position was too low for me. I purchased leather MGF seats in great condition. and which suit the car. however will need some fabrication(very little) to get the in. There are forums on how to do it. There are the originals seats still available for enthusiasts. I have the original seat for the back and the webbing is all good too. Roof lining dirty but will clean up nicely.   Sunroof works however needs some tinkering and oil to make perfect.

History:
I have a full box of all receipts. MOTs. and work of all work carried out from 1976! -  equates to thousands of pounds.
There are also 3 Chersished Car Underwriting Valuation Certificates from 2004. 2005. 2007 @ £7500.


So all in all a great car - not a rust bucket and well priced considering what I have seen sell. I reckon a few weekends work and you could have yourself a mint condition P1800E. You will not be disappointed and I will miss her dearly however needs must.

Its a serious lovely car with loads of history and am not asking for a fortune for such a classic.   I require £200 via paypal on completion of item to avoid the timewasters in ebay.
