2007 BMW 3-Series

It pains me to part with my 335i Dinan. but I am getting close to my build number on the waiting list for new M2 coupe. I don't have to sell my car so please no low balls or foreign scammers. I am the 2nd owner of this black metallic 2007 e90 335i sedan sport package purchased CPO from Athens BMW Dec 2009 off lease.  The Dinan S2 package with S3 power upgrade installed Jan2010 plus Dinan cold air intake installed May2010 for 408hp. 440 ft-lb torque rating (see car and driver write up searching dinan-s3-bmw-335i-specialty-file as ebay does not allow me to post a link)  This work done by Performing Imports in Alpharetta costing $14. 30. This is the full Dinan package including 1/2 inch lowered macpherson strut/koni based suspension. anti-sway bars front and rear. upgraded oil & turbo intercoolers. software ecu tune. and cat-back exhaust system which sounds great. This car is fully loaded with sport seats. nav. logic 7 surround sound. adaptive xenon angel eyes etc which new was about $55K. The only thing I can think it didn't come with is the comfort access remote key fobs.

The car sits on Michelin PSS tires and the wheels are 2007 e86 M coupe double spoke wheels (re-powder coated a few years ago with some minor nicks since refresh).  The car has been serviced by Athens BMW until warranty expired and now by Markert MotorWorks (a well known BMW and in particular n54 specialty shop).  As can be seen in the photos this car does not present like a 10-year old vehicle and has been meticulously maintained and repaired as necessary.  This car shines like new but that being said the car is not perfect and has some minor nicks and scratches which I have tried to represent fairly in the photos. Finding another e90 335i sedan in this condition is very unlikely. I would rate the exterior 8/10 and interior 9/10. Has weathertech floor and truck mats as well as the original mats. This car is frequently detailed and waxed professionally.

I have a clear title. no accidents. no loans on the car. Never smoked in. I have had the bumper covers pulled and resprayed about 4years ago with lifetime warranty of the paint just for cosmetic improvement. There are a few nicks on the new bumper covers since that work was done and 2 inch crack lower passenger front lip from curb (see pics). Car in the South with no rust and no salt exposure. Not a daily driven car but I do drive it to work at the hospital so miles will increase from those stated above. I have both key fobs and original manual books.

91k Oil change; replace injectors and front control arms

88k Oil change and replace spark plugs. valve cover. crankcase vent. walnut blasting intakes. clean permanent K&N cold air kit. replace all worn hoses  

87K replace TCU (to repair bluetooth); also I have a bluetooth add on in the center console for auxillary input streaming of Pandora. Itunes etc.

86K All new tires Mich Pilot super sports 245 front and 275rears

76K replace battery (9/2014)

Brake pads replaced with Hawk Euro Ceramic all 4 corners (iDrive indicates currently 60K remaining on pads front) and see pic of full front pad.  Car also has stainless steel brake lines upgrade on stock rotors and calipers.
