Just 2 owners from new. the first owner bought the Rover brand new in 1954 and kept it right up until 1997. so it has been in the second owners hands for 16 years and he has spent approximately £20000 to bring it up to its present condition. The car has had probably one of the best paint jobs that I have ever seen. the interior has been totally re trimmed in light grey leather with blue piping. the headlining has been replaced as has the wooden dash. The carpets have been renewed for high quality woolen carpets. even the wheels have been powder coated. The chromework is very good but you would rechrome the front bumper. its not rotten. it is just pitted. this is the only thing on the entire car that requires any attention. This truly is an exceptional example. now tax and mot exempt but just to be on the safe side it has just been motd for a year. The number plate  EEE480 was the original plate and it is transferable should you wish (valued at £2500) but in my opinion its best to leave it on the vehicle.
