1957 Ford Thunderbird in good running condition w/ interesting history!

Remember that scene in American Graffiti where Ron Howard is cruising town with his girlfriend in the front seat and Richard Dreyfuss is riding third wheel in the backseat? Then out of the blue. Suzanne Somers pulls up next to them in that absolutely dreamy white 1956 T-Bird with the porthole top. Well. if you ever wanted to relive that very American Graffiti moment we've got your car! The Thunderbird was an icon long before the movie came out and it has gone through quite a few changes over the years. But the 1957 model was the last of this style and considered by many to be the most desirable.  The owner states that this was one of the picture cars used for the movie and was owned by the manager of the music group "Sha Na Na" (who appeared in the movie "Grease" and whose song "Goodnite. Sweetheart. Goodnite" appeared in "American Graffitti")  during the time of their hit TV series. It was also featured in several TV commercials. It is in very good original condition and runs great. The car has not had any restoration. so there is a small amount of rust around the door areas.  You can see some bulbs on the passenger side picture.   This is not unusual for a 56 year old car.  All serial numbers match.
