The Ambassador received a striking redesign for 1966. Stacked headlights were popular with Ford and Pontiac. but AMC gave had its own flair with a pointed front end that gives this full-sized sedan very sharp styling. In fact. this sets off a theme with well-creased sheetmetal. bumpers. and even taillights. It truly looks like it has the meticulously well-groomed appearance you'd expect from a suit on a 1960s executive. That's what makes this one so appealing. With amazingly preserved metal and complete trim. you can still see today the how AMC was built its premium car for 1966. This one is amazing right down to the details like the fresh factory-correct Grenada Green paint and all the correct badging. Even the original hubcaps come with the sale.
