USAA. credit unions. local bank. etc. we do not accept Captial One Blank Checks.  Buyer is responsible for shipping/transportation. tax. title. license ($10 Illinois Temp Permit required for out of state purchases). $172. 15 doc fee. $25 opt IL EFT fee. these are IL state regulated fees. A dealer prep fee of $695.   Illinois residents will be charged applicable tax if registering in state. Out of state buyers will be charged no tax and are responsible for registering and any applicable sales tax within their respective state.
