Classic mini 1000 Stunning

Here I have for sale my beloved 1989 Classic Mini. Just finished restoring it approx. one month ago but regrettably having to sell it to fund other interests. Finished to an extremely high spec as you can see from the photos! Taken approx 3 years to complete this mini was fully stripped down to a bare shell and fully restored from there. Brand new 1000cc engine built by us. so shes good for a lot of miles of running! So much info to say hopefully I don't miss anything:

Shell:

Completely new front.

Newly fitted door skins.

New outer sills.

New rear valance.

Subframes all stripped and painted – fitted with some polybush and some new rubbers throughout.

New Koni rear adjustable shocks and New Koni lowered front shocks.

Fixed negative camber bottom arms.

All brand new brakes fitted. discs. pads. flexi's and copper piping.

All painted professionally by Drakes Bodyshop at Shiptonthorpe.

Group 4 arches fitted.

All brand new chromes fitted - bumpers. bonnet strips. grille and surrounds.

Torpedo wing mirrors fitted.

Brand new 13x7s Superlite soft touch wheels from huddersfield minispare with new Yoka A539 tyres

New mini spares chrome roof ariel.

New sill and roof skirt trims.

New window sealing trims.

New chrome wiper arms and blades plus chrome washer sprayers.

Engine:

3. 1 diff with middle gearbox all refurbished.

A+ block bored and decked – fitted with 40+ slipper pistons

All new main and big end bearings.

New cam followers.

New oil pump.

New clutch plate.

New Nasa 1-99 Kent camshaft.

Reconditioned cylinder head fitted.

Brand new Minispares 59d distributor fitted.

All new gaskets used throughout.

Sportex side exit chrome tipped exhaust fitted with the downpipe that allows to connect to the std manifold. Could fit a three branch to the existing Sportex system easily.

Hs4 Su carb all reconditioned.

Excellent large BMW battery fitted.

K&N air filter.

After all the car was complete it was set up and rolling roaded by Tom Bell Racing to make sure all the fuelling and timing was spot on!

Interior:

Mounty steering wheel fitted.

Limited addition Italian job half leather seats and side cards fitted

Brand new Phillips CD player which is Mp3 compatible/IPhone etc.

Kenwood vintage rear speakers suiting the style of mini.  

Approx 11 months tax still left and just nicely been through Mot. sailed through no problems!

Many other new parts fitted to this mini the list goes on and on. I'll try think of more and add to the lists but seriously no expense spared on this mini. Such a lovely little car to drive. starts first time every time on the key! Very sad to have to sell this mini but whoever gets it will not be disappointed! The only minor improvement I'd would do is to fit a set of new carpets which are about £40 for a set but that's only because I'm very picky!
