Beautiful 1M with BMW Platinum Warranty until 2018 which is fully transferrable to next owner.  
Car has never seen adverse weather. Always stored in heated garage. Always a west coast car. I am a 20 year BMW CCA and Porsche CCA member and take meticulous care of all my cars. This 1M being no exception; it is stunning.  
The car has been serviced only by the BMW dealer.  
The car is under warranty until 6/2018 or 100k miles by BMW with the highest level of Platinum protection which is fully transferrable to the next owner.  
New Pirelli P Zero tires installed at 11. 5k miles this past Summer (2016).  
Recent maintenance completed at BMW Dealer:-Brake Fluid Flush 1/29/15 4. 96 miles-Oil Change 6/22/2016 11. 09 miles

Rock solid car. Still smells new. No stories or issues.  
You will be hard-pressed to find a cleaner West Coast-only example.  
The car has never been flashed or tuned. It has never seen track time or abusive driving.  
Following upgrades included (all completely reversible with all Original BMW 1M Parts included. These modifications were made with an eye towards increasing efficiency and durability):
- Forge Intercooler (no cutting or modification required for install)- Burger Oil Catch Can- Aluminum Intake Charge pipe (Original factory piece is a known weak-point)- LED Angel eyes
