Not currently running. the rear-end and bell housing are in it. but need to put tranny and front end in.  It's on wheels and movable. but will either need attention here or a trailer.  Located in Cottonwood. AZ.  It's a great car for someone who knows them and wants to keep a classic or resale and make $$$.  Owner/mechanic has had it 20 years but being disabled have not been able to finish her up.  Purchased in WA and trailered here.  Purchased from the second owner who had the paint and glass done. s well as put the 305 in it.  Inquire about it an parts available to finish her out.  Not cut up or chopped. very little rust in the rain drip well.
