I have some comparisons. The pricing of the service department is very good for a premium sport car dealership and I never feel like I am being "upsold" on services or items I really do not need. I have been in many Porsche dealerships around the country. Although they are two hundred miles away. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Porsche of Omaha for the last five years. I bought my 911 there and have had others serviced there. as my personal Sunday driver is. and has been a Porsche for many years. These guys are incredible! From the pro who answers the phone to the polite young man who washes my cars and everyone else that you might come in contact with along the way. there is absolutely nothing less than professional grade at any position. Everyone there is not only attentive and capable. but friendly as well. They have eye contact with you. they smile and say hello! All of the people there make "excellence" look to be easy and fun. The beautiful new face lift of their facility is impeccably clean as you would expect and their processes are as high-tech as are their skills at handling customers. Porsche-speak can be a difficult language to learn. but each employee that I have come in contact with there is a credit to their management staff and ownership. to the Porsche brand and to each other ! My first being a Cayman S and my current car a Carrera GTS. My salesman has been Adam Brooks. Adam is a well informed sales professional that will take care of you and will answer all of your questions. without making you feel that you are being rushed.

I would like to end my review in saying that Porsche of Omaha is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The receptionist. sales staff. management. as well as the service side are all top shelf. I have spread the word and I will be coming back. The low pressure and friendly atmosphere makes this a top notch dealership!HyperKuhl9 months agoI have done multiple deals with the guys at Porsche of Omaha. In every one of these occasions. I have walked away feeling entirely satisfied with every component of the experience: Price. Service. Delivery. and Communication. Always a pleasure to do business with them. One of the big reasons is that they are not typical "car salesmen. " They are "businessmen. " And they are relaxed. These subtle two distinctions make all the difference in the world in terms of how they treat you and communicate with you. Additionally. their service department is second to none. They are prompt and detail-oriented -- and hard-core car guys themselves. You can trust them with your baby. I do. and I have. And I have never been disappointed.

I have lived in other cities. and dealt with other P-car dealers. Specifically. Chicago. There is NO COMPARISON in the way you are treated in Chicago dealerships vs Omaha. The experience is so much more low-key and relaxed when dealing with Porsche Omaha. If I were ever to relocate outside of Omaha. I would continue to do business with them over other dealers. So if you live outside Omaha. I'd tell you it's worth any slight geographic inconvenience to work with them.

Most have been well-cared-for by the dealerships. but none of them have surpassed the professional and thorough care that Porsche Omaha has delivered. Having owned two modern 911 Turbos and two Gen-2 Cayennes. all cared-for by Porsche Omaha. I can say with complete confidence that they spend my money on service visits as if it were their money and. in more than one instance. have withheld returning my cars to me until THEY were completely satisfied that the issues. which have been very few. were resolved. If we can''t have a dealership in Central Iowa. it's at least comforting to know that we have all of the dedicated professionals at Porsche Omaha looking out for us. From Mitch and all of his sales crew to Andy and Jason in their impressive new dedicated service department. the luxury auto ownership experience doesn't come any better than this. I have lost track the number of times I have referred people to Alexey at Porsche of Omaha. and he has always taken care of their needs.
My experience started out with looking for my first sports car. and turned into a great friendship and relationship with a dealership that has since sold me two more. John Becka year agoI had been looking at several of the cars at Porsche of Omaha. and one checked nearly all of the boxes on my list (except it was missing it's originally optioned Carrera Classic wheels). I worked with Alexey on dealer inspections. tire tread. brake wear. pricing. etc. He was always quick to respond and made sure I knew I could rely on his assistance and service. They were able to offer a very well optioned car that was well under book value.

What he wasn't aware of was I had been in talks with a dealership in Minnesota on a similar vehicle. The car was immaculate. was entirely intact. and a great price (all extra options were present). I had told Alexey - my only hang up was the missing optional wheels. Within a day Alexey had contacted me back and had found the set of 20" Carrera Classic wheels and tires with excellent tread. At this point I was ecstatic. and thoughts of the Minnesota car where gone! I was ready to move forward with our agreement - the next surprise was not only did Alexey locate the wheels I wanted. but he bundled in the aftermarket wheels and tires at no additional cost. Two sets of wheels and great condition tires.

The service was outstanding and Alexey went above and beyond with my car buying needs.
