Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder agrees to make payment arrangements within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. You are required to handle and pay taxes in your own state for this vehicle.

Cash (in person). certified check. bank transfers. or 3rd-party financing.

Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state. county. city taxes and fees. as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Winning bidder must telephone within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.  

Within 48 hours of the end of auction. full payment must be received either by cashiers-check. or certified funds unless alternate arangements are made with Penn Toyota. If funds are not received. and an alternate arrangement has not been made. the vehicle will be put back in stock and non payment negative feedback given.
