Offered for sale is a very nice MK III Austin Healy 3000. This car is in mostly original condition. The car has had a recent repaint in its original Colorado Red. The black interior is believed to be original and in very nice condition. The engine compartment is all original and the engine runs and sounds great through its Stebro exhaust system. The car is structurally solid and all body panels fit nicely. There is a new Moss Motors top in its original box ready to be installed. This car has been owned by the same owner for the last 35 years and has been in Arizona most of its life.

This is an excellent opportunity to purchase an appreciating classic sports car. It being a MK III BJ8 makes it one of the most sought after Austin Healeys

The parties agree that this contract shall be construed under the substantive laws of the state of Arizona. that the state courts of Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the terms of this contract or over any action arising out of the underlying transaction (s) with seller and venue may be had in the Maricopa County Superior Court of the state of Arizona .  

Arizona residents must pay Arizona Sales Tax .
