1958 WHITE Harley Davidson Ed. tow truck, wrecker OR 1935 Ford Hot Rod Pickup

This sale is for a 1958 White Car Carrier / wrecker / tow truck   or   a 1935 Ford Restomod Pickup. I have two many toys and one must go but only one or the other is available at this sale and they are definitely one of a kind.  

The White:  Drastically reduced for a quick sale. The engine is a big block GM 6. 6 and has just been rebuilt. It comes with a 3 year. 36. 00 mile warranty. The GM 400 turbo transmission has just undergone a clean and check up. The suspension is new and includes a new compressor for the airbags and new shocks. The entire brake system has just been rebuilt. The front end is completely new. All tires are brand new Michelins with new aluminum alloy rims. So mechanically the vehicle is in excellent condition. The body has a few scratches but needs very little to be perfect. The cab has a few rust issues that will need attention but we are not talking a lot of time or expense. The interior is all new and looks great. If you are a dealer; it would be an awesome way to deliver your sales or pick up your clients projects for service. Any classic car nut would love to haul their baby to the shows on her.  I am available to show / demonstrate the vehicle at most anytime and willing to pick you up at the airport and take you back if you would like to come and check this out.  This truck is ready for a cross country trip to wherever. THE GOOD: Engine just rebuilt with 3 year / 36. 00 mile warranty. Transmission just cleaned and certified. Rear end inspected and lubed. New brake system including wheel cylinders and master cylinder. New wheel bearings. New front end work including control arms. idler arm. shocks. and wheel alignment. New aluminum alloy mag wheels with locks. All new Michelin tires. Upgraded framework and suspension including rear air bags and new compressor. New air powered 4 trumpet horn. New Livorsi Speedometer /Odometer /Tripometer with 0 miles to keep up with new warranty. New LED exterior lighting. New fog lamps. New working lights. New 10. 00 pound tie down system. New markers and accessories. Paint and body are about a 7 out of 10 and includes airbrushed screaming eagles and the WHITE stallion. Body has 5 large lockable tool / storage boxes. Interior is a 9 out of 10 with Harley seats and emblems sewn into door panels. New black carpets and swede headliner.

THE BAD: The door handles could use a little WD-40. The heater needs a cable but manually works fine as is. The windshield wiper motor needs a repair. The new gas gauge is not reading. possibly loose wire or sending unit?  I have just been filling up every 200 miles or so. The rear body has a few scratches / dings but not bad at all for a car carrier and easily repaired. The cab has a few areas with rust that needs attention but again not really very bad considering the age and value of this vehicle. There is no parking brake other than the park position of the automatic transmission. Two Extra Heavy Duty wheel chocks are furnished to assure that there is no movement when loading and unloading.

PERSONAL NOTE: I wouldn't bother to repair any of these items myself; I'd just enjoy it the way it is as I have done. It's been perfect for taking my toys to shows or out for repairs. The Ford:  I'd rather sell my tow truck than my baby. The engine is a sweet Chevy 350 with automatic transmission tied to a remanufactured 1976 Mustang posi-traction rear end. The front end is a new mustang II with rack and pinion steering. This was a total frame off  build where the frame has been restored to new condition. It is an all steel Henry ford vehicle with no rust or soft spots.  The interior is all new. The wiring is all new. The suspension. tires and breaks are new. Front. side. and rear tinted glasses are all new with the serial number engraved in them. New electric side glass operators. The truck has approximately 4000 miles on it since a total restoration.  The hot rod seamless hood is new.  An all steel hinged Henry Ford hood and side panels are included in this sale for those who don't like the hot rod look.   

THE GOOD: The truck looks and drives as good as any new vehicle with 4000 miles. It is an everyday driver ready to hit the road on any trip to anywhere USA at interstate highway speeds. Its an eye catcher and literally stops traffic. Don't even consider a vehicle like this if you don't like talking to strangers.

THE BAD: A couple of minor paint chips from 4000 miles usage.
