1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS

You are viewing a stunning example of a 1987 Monte Carlo SS true survivor. This car has been meticulously maintained and cared for all its life. it looks and drives like the day it rolled out of the factory. It has never been modified. molested or raced!The interior is immaculate. and virtually flawless. the engine is clean enough to eat your lunch off it!!The paint is beautiful black. with original SS decals. The car runs and drives like new. it is incredibly smooth and comfortable. yet quick and nimble at the same time. there is nothing like driving a full frame. rear drive V8 car!There is no rust. or significant damage anywhere. the paint is factory originalThe wheels are nearly perfect and show no signs of "curb rash".
This car has received multiple trophy's and awards including First In Class at an AACA regional show.
The following has been replaced and or "updated":The exhaust system has been replaced. but it absolutely looks and sounds "stock". it has a nice "rumble" to it. but it is not in anyway loud or obnoxious; I retained a catalytic converter. but it is "high flow". Air condition compressor. orifice tube. and accumulator / drier has been replaced with factory GM components. the system was vacuumed down. and recharged with R134-A refrigerant; the AC is nice and cold at 41 degrees!The tires were replaced once. but as you can see. are the correct Goodyear Eagle GTs. Optima "red top" AGM battery (2 years old). It has a Sony CD plater with auxiliary jack for phone or MP-3 player. but the original AM / FM tape deck is included; it is very easy to swap the radios.
There are some minor scratches and nicks in the paint as it is a "driver". it does go to shows. and occasionally the grocery store. the flat parts of the paint (hood. roof and trunk) have some minor "weather marks". but overall the paint is in excellent condition. There are some light scratches in the lower right corner of the chin spoiler
