1958 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Series 8 Passenger Sedan (Technically not a Limousine).

Absoloutely spectacular Original One Family Owner Limo with only 73. 00 miles from new.

Everything on this car is original with the exception of a freshly rebuilt Transmission. tyres and other mechanical maintainence items.

Paint and panels are in exceptional original condition with very minor marks in the paint.

Interior is also exceptional. Seats have Factory or Dealer fitted Seat Covers with original upholstery underneath.

This car drives very nicely. no oil leaks and ready to go.

This is a very rare vehicle being one of only 802 to ever leave the factory.

Full History from new including original owners card. A lot of information on the original owner can be found online. Evelyn E Furman (born 17/04/1913) was the owner of the Tabor Opera House in Leadville. Colorado. She was one of the first two women to vote in the USA. Evelyn started her own business in 1937.  Later she went on to write novels on the history of the famous Tabor's and Baby Doe Tabor.

The following is a short story of how Evelyn came to own this car. Copied from an email from Sharon Bland (Evelyn's daughter)

The story of mom and the car is:

Mom. Dad and myself drove to Florida in the stake truck. it was a business trip.  When we came to Daytona Beach it was time to stop for the night.  When we drove up to the motel they refused to let us stay there because we weren't driving a nice car.  True to her "pioneer spirit" which included a very strong determination. she decided to show them she was not a Hilbilly and deserved as much respect as anyone else.  So. she bought the car of her dreams (we hadn't had a car up until this time since we really didn't need one in the mountains…. we just needed the truck to deliver furniture and appliances).  Of course my dad loved it too!  He had lost his right arm in an ore crusher shortly after they were married but that didn't stop him from doing almost everything.  The truck was a stick shift and not easy for him to shift and steer at the same time.  Now he had an automatic to drive…. pure heaven. Now for the punch line:  We then drove back down to Florida to the hotel so she could show them her amazing new car.

One other story my mom just told me is that when they were on vacation to California they pulled up to the gas pump and the attendant said you've been getting here for the last block. He'd never seen such a big car so that was how he described the cadillac.
