1973 Jaguar XJ6

1973 Jaguar XJ6. Barn find. Owned by famous western artist Thomas Lorimer. Sat in his garage in Sedona AZ since the 80's. Original California purchased car that spent its whole life in AZ. This beauty only has 76k original miles. One repaint in the original color Greensand Beige. (never wrecked). Professional install was done in the 80's of early 80's corvette 350 and TH350 engine. Motor has less then 30k on it. Runs amazing. I just did new intake. holley double pumper 4BBl. Holley vintage series valve covers. and air cleaner. HEI distributor and Moroso wires. All new hoses. heat valves. Battery. batt cables. and more. Fresh rebuilt power steering rack. new tie rods. new ball joints. Lowered the front of the car 1" by removing coil spacers in front. Sits perfect now. (not nose high like swap cars do). Coil spacers will be included with sale. New 2. 5" exhaust with magnaflow mufflers. (Sounds amazing). Double walled exhaust tips (not in pics). original "S" shaped tips included with sale. (I do have video of it running. can send to your phone or email. ) Brand new BFG tires. new tinted windows. rebuilt front window motors plus more. Both gas tanks were removed and professionally boiled out. new gaskets and fuel senders in both. I also installed the euro 7" outer headlights. Originals included with sale. Interior is amazing. has Nardi steering wheel. (original included with sale) original radio. original wood dash. seats near perfect. Runs and drives amazing. Tons of power. real looker and cool color.

known issues are: headliner needs repair around rear window. The tach does not work due to HEI swap. Clock works when it wants. Fuel gauge doesn't work either. Albeit Both senders are new! Rear diff leaks a bit. front glass and rear window need new rubber seals. Rear glass rubber included with car (NEW). Radio has been disconnected. It works but drains battery overnight so I disconnected it.

This is a rare opportunity to own a VERY nice XJ6. She is 98% finished. gets tons of complements and drives great. Paint has a great shine. chrome is very nice. ZERO rust ever.  Euro lights. chrome bumpers. chrome wheels and that awesome wood dash and JAG smell! Grey poupon anyone?
