1989 Toyota Land Cruiser
Immaculately restored to original dealer showroom floor quality as if it had just rolled out of the factory back in 1989. Restoration started with one of the cleanest (original owner). rust free and most documented FJ62's in the country. 178. 82 original miles and maintained meticulously since new containing over 70+ maintenance receipts organized by date/mileage inside sleeves in a binder. Every Major/Minor maintenance procedure has been done since new to include front/rear main seals and bearings and seals replaced in front axles along with all oil changes and scheduled valve jobs.
Cruiser contains original window sticker. extended service agreements and original permits requested when the truck had only 65 miles on odometer. This is very neat and makes the truck a great example for a collector.  

About the truck:Truck was named Beastie by the original owners kids who grew up with this truck being around for 26+ years. It was purchased new from Douglass Toyota on January 27th. 1989 as it was spotted at the dealership on a road trip and they just had to stop. The truck was purchased with an Extended Service agreement. an environmental protection pack to include rust protection. fabric protection. an outer body sealant and a quiet ride sound deadner that makes this truck have a very quiet ride till this day. Owners also had a dealership install an appropriate Toyota approved cruise control that would not void factory warranties.  
The truck has an amazing story (owned by one family for 26+ years) that was told in detail by previous owner and documented to be included with all paperwork. First Owner was the Husband. Second was the wife (after a divorce) and I am the 3rd owner. Stayed in family for 26 years.

Truck includes original Toyota Floor Mats for nostalgic reasons but they are obviously 28 years old.  
Originality:Exterior is 100% Original.  Mechanical is 100% Original with Cruise Control Upgrade from Toyota Dealer since new. Interior is 99% original. The 1% not original is the MBQUART Speaker upgrade to the front panel. Professionally installed by my upholstery shop using same color vinyl to match original. Truck includes original tools. original stereo. original jack and a Toyota chain inside it's OEM bag.  
Disclosures:Following disclosures are a non issue after restoration as everything was addressed on the truck. but buyer needs to know as the receipts will be included with the truck.
1. Owner backed up and scraped a quarter panel in 2001. Very minor and total job was $387. will provide the receipt of work performed then. No issues found when restored.  2. New Mexico reported as not actual mileage instead of exempt as it should have been when owner moved there. Correct mileage thread checks out with dates. service records. and all you have to do is follow maintenance receipts for mileage and everything checks out. Called Texas DMV before purchasing and they said it was a non issue and provided exempt clear Texas title.  
Original owner disclosed issues before selling. but truck was purchased at asking price after discussing issues with owner because of it's high level of authenticity and upkeep.
