1984 Porsche 944 NA Vehicle has 118. 01 miles Zermatt Silver Manual Transmission Third Owner Have some records from 2nd owner and some original purchase documentation for this vehicle.  
Engine runs smooth and accelerates nicely. Reason for sale is I have an opportunity to upgrade. Nothing extremely wrong with this car. it has been well cared for and I would like to see it go to a good home. Clutch still has plenty of life left in it. Very minor oil leaks. and does not use oil.
 20w50 used in engine and only driven in nice weather. (garaged) Paint is very clean - Has been resprayed once in its life for sure.
Most of service up to date. Timing belt has been done with water pump recently. and brakes are new all the way around.

Balance Shaft Belt. and all rollers replaced - 110. 85 miles/2012 New Oxygen Sensor - 111. 34 miles/2012 Timing belt re-tensioned : 111. 00 miles/2012 New Wahler thermostat : 2012 New Wahler Thermo Fan switch : 2012 New Nickel NGK Spark plugs : 2012 New O2 sensor : 2012 Fuel filter with updated fuel line : 2010 New engine mounts : 2012 Updated Water pump : 2010 Transaxle fluid new : 2012 Fuchs wheels 15x7 - front 15x8 - rear Tires are still in great condition.

May need future attention:Parking brake adjustment neededDash is crackingFront leather seats could use repair or replacement
