Hotrod 1934 Ford Show CAR

Offered for the first time is my 1934 Ford coupe. No expense was spared on creating this one of a kind coupe. This is not your typical hotrod as I made a conscious effort to step out of the box. Every component has been either been deburred . polished . plated or painted.

The attention to detail throughout this car is the reason it was a Meguiars superstar qualifier in 2012 &2013 finishing in the top 3 at both events along with Top Undercarriage at Motorex 2013. also Top 10 @ Summernats 26 where it won Top Hotrod & 3rd best paint.

This is a brand new car with only 5 kms  on the speedo. The fibreglass body is from Deuce Customs which has been smoothed inside & out with all panels smooth top& bottom. The fit & finish of all the panels is perfect. The pearl orange paint is flawless picking up Top 3 paint awards @ Summernats  25 & 26. The billet aluminium hood side  vents are one off and add just enough trim on the car to add a little bling.

The chassis has been fully smoothed with a fully polished Rod Tech IFS. Ford 9" with Wilwood disc brakes. All the plumbing on the chassis is polished stainless steel. Every s/s bolt throughout the car has been machined to a 30 degree point. All suspension bolts are grade 8 but I have made aluminium covers that have been chrome plated to cover all bolt heads.

Engine is a 1996 LT1 350 . 4 bolt mains. aluminium heads. 395hp. does need tuning but runs & drives. Tranmission is a Turbo700r4 2500 converter. Custom alloy radiator with shroud. Fully polished 2 1/2"  S/S exhaust.

Wheels are Colorado Customs Whiskeys 18x8 rear & 16 x7 front.

The interior of the car is as smooth as the outside. A one off custom billet aluminum dash insert with  Classic Instruments Gauges. full leather trim with a drop down dash panel which hides all switches . radio etc. Flaming River tilt steering column with the steering matching the wheels.   Lokar shifter with LED gear indicator.

Why am I selling? Good question because I do not think I will ever have another car as special as this one. I obsessed over this vehicle during the 8 years of the build and have well over the selling price in it and I am certainly not getting that back. It has been a “trailer queen” as I have been reluctant to drive the car much. I really like building cars (its my hobby) and I have another project going on right now…its what I like to do.
