Custom built 2008 Chevrolet 2500 Suburban 3/4 Ton 4x4 with a 6. 6 Liter 365HP LMM Duramax Turbo Diesel Engine and Allison 1000 6 Spd Automatic Transmission. 2-owner. Clean Carfax. Southern rust-free unit- This Suburban loaded with options: Leather Seats. Dual Front Bucket Seats. Dual 2nd row Bucket Seats. Backup sensors. 3rd Row Seat. Rear A/C. Signal Tow Mirrors. Side Air Bags. Running Boards. Keyless Entry with Remote Start. Towing Pkg. and more!!!! Professionally lifted 3" using Cognito Control arms. leveling keys. Bilstein 5100 stainless shocks. Bilstein Steering Stabilizer. Raceline 20" staggered wheels. new 305/55/20 Nitto tires. tinted taillights. Smitty Built Safari Rack & DPF deleted Flo-Pro exhaust. This Suburban was professionally built in California by one of the 2 leading Duramax Conversion companies in the country. With having built hundreds of these. this makes the 64th Suburban they have built for me-with 7-8 more in the pipeline to be built.   It was built using the complete drivetrain from a 2500HD Pickup including the engine. transmission. transfer case. and front differential. This year model featured a stock 10. 5" rear differential w/ stabilitrak (3. 73 GT4 W/G80 locker) & was left installed in the burb since its capacities mirror very closely the 11. 5 found in the truck and still much greater than the 9" found in the 07 models.   The mileage showing on the Suburban now is the mileage on the drivetrain (93. xx Miles) and will increase as the Suburban is being driven daily. the Suburban had 141K on the body when the conversion was done. BOTH Burb and drivetrain were original Rust-Free units!!  I have personally put about 1K on this Suburban since converted with ZERO issues.  This Suburban looks. runs. and drives as if it came from the factory with Duramax / Allison installed. Everything functions as it should with NO warning lights and NO issues. This Duramax Suburban can easily be serviced at your local GM Dealership using the Tech II scan tool or any other diagnostic tools they may have. The engine itself is completely stock. with only simple longevity modifications done. The DPF has been removed (although shown in the pics it gave an error code shortly after and has been deleted). the ECM was programmed with EFI Live and a 30HP tow-tune was installed. because lets face it- we all want a little extra something done!


The power and performance of this Duramax Suburban is simply amazing. It is capable of pulling just about anything you want to put behind it. Very impressive fuel economy as well at 18-20 MPG which is a HUGE improvement over the 9-11 MPG previously as a 6. 0 Liter Vortec V8 engine.

EXTERIOR: THIS SUBURBAN IS IN GREAT CONDITION!!!  ALL THE BODY LINES MATCH UP PERFECTLY. THE BODY IS FREE FROM ANY COLLISION OR COSMETIC DAMAGE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO HUNT FIND THE FIRST OF DOOR DINGS! THE PAINT HAS A VERY DEEP LUSTER AND NOTHING SHORT OF GREAT WITH NEXT TO NO FLAWS.  THE BODY AS WELL AS THE PAINT IS FREE FROM MAJOR SCRATCHES AND THE FEW ROCK CHIPS THAT ARE PRESENT (SEE PICS) HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONALLY TOUCHED UP AND BUFFED DOWN. THE SUBURBAN SITS ON A SET OF FLAT BLACK RACELINE 20" ALUMINUM WHEELS WRAPPED IN A SET OF NEW  305/55/20 NITTO 10PLY TIRES!  THE TIRES ARE WEARING EVENLY AND SMOOTHLY AND HAVE NO UNUSUAL ROAD NOISE. THE WINDSHIELD IS IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH NO CRACKS BUT ONE SMALL ROCK CHIP THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN FILLED IN.

INTERIOR:  IS JUST AS NICE AS THE EXTERIOR.  THIS IS THE 1LT PKG THAT CHEVROLET OFFERS AND HAS ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES YOU WOULD EXPECT. THE LEATHER INTERIOR IS FACTORY. HOWEVER NOT FROM THIS SUBURBAN ORIGINALLY. IT WAS ADDED AFTER ANOTHER SUBURBAN CUSTOMER DESIRED THE SPOTLESS CLOTH COVERS THIS SUBURBAN ORIGINALLY CAME WITH. THE LEATHER COVERS WERE PLACED ON THESE SEATS AND ARE NOT HEATED. IF THE BUYER DESIRES- THE LEATHER CAN BE MADE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $250. THERE ARE NO RIPS OR TEARS. NO STAINS IN THE CARPET AS IT IS BRAND NEW FROM GM. NO FRENCH FRIES UNDER THE SEATS AND NO FUNKY ODORS OF ANY KIND. THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS A NON-SMOKER AND THERE ARE NO BURNS IN ANYTHING ANYWHERE! ALL THE ELECTRONICS AND POWER FEATURES WORK PERFECTLY. THE A/C IS ICE COLD AND THE HEATER IS TOASTY WARM. THE STEREO SYSTEM SOUNDS CRISP AND CLEAN AND LETS YOU LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE SONG AS LOUD AS YOU WANT! 

MECHANICALLY:THIS DURAMAX IS PERFECT!!  ALL MECHANICAL ASPECTS HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AND RECEIVED NOTHING SHORT OF OF TWO THUMBS UP! ALL FLUIDS HAVE BEEN CHECKED AN TOPPED OFF AS NEEDED. THERE IS NO LEAKS OR DRIPS ANYWHERE AND THE BOTTOMSIDE LOOKS LIKE NEW!  THIS SUBURBAN DRIVES JUST LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO. IT HAS A VERY TIGHT FEEL AND HAS NO WEIRD VIBRATIONS. SHAKES OR RATTLES OF ANY KIND. IT TRACKS DOWN THE ROAD STRAIGHT LIKE IT SHOULD AND IS READY FOR THE DRIVE HOME! THE 365 HP. LMM SERIES DURAMAX ENGINE STARTS WITH EASE IN THE MORNINGS AND RUNS PERFECT. THE ENGINE LEAPS AT THROTTLE AND THE ALLISON 6SP AUTO TRANSMISSION SHIFTS JUST LIKE IT SHOULD.
