MG B RED with Hardtop for sale

Reluctantly for sale is my Dad's 1966 MG B Roadster in red with Lenham hardtop. Genuine reason for sale (at 81 years my Dad no longer finds the car practical!) Recent Mot and Tax included (tax exempt). It has chrome wire wheels and chrome bumper. Garaged and rarely used. Good condition and runs well as it has been owned since 1972 and maintained by a retired mechanic. As you can seen from the pictures the seats and carpets could do with some TLC but the car is rust free and mechanically sound.
The car was purchased in 1972 as a crash-damaged vehicle. My Dad. nbsp;a qualified MOT tester and motor engineer. carried out repairs and replacements as follows:
New front axle beam. new front wheel. new front bumper. new bonnet. new right-hand wing. new front grill. new front shocks. new door sills and skins as well as four new tyres.
The car was in storage (covered in a garage) from 1982 until 2011.
More recently. in January 2011. the brake hoses. rear wheel cylinders. rear brake shoes and front brake discs and callipers have been replaced also the gearbox was replaced with a good second hand one and the fly wheel starter ring and new starter.  In 2013. 4 exhaust valves and seals and a new gasket. The car has been used on a few odd occasions in dry weather.

i WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE THAT THE HARDTOP IS NOT A LENHAM HARDTOP, BUT A VERY RARE AND VALUABLE WILLIAMS AND PRITCHARD SEBRING TOP, AND AS I AM REBUILDING MY MGB I WOULD GIVE MY EYE TEETH TO OWN IT, I HAD ONE ON AN MGB BACK IN THE 1960s AND IT WAS THE BEST TOP EVER MADE.
