Here I have an 1972 XA FAIRMONT COUPE up for auction.

Built date is 7/72

Chassis # JG67MK93480K

This coupe is a factory 302 Automatic

It's original colour is SUMMER GOLD

Trim was saddle with cloth inserts

Car was a factory option air conditioning and power steer car. ull dash is still in the car.

Door trims are intact including armrests.

Last rego was 1991 and been in storage since.

This coupe will need a full resto and would look stunning in it original Summer Gold colour. (last photo is a reference only not the car listed)

A great starting point for a Coupe enthusiast restore it anyway you please. GT Style or a Tuff street car.

Like all coupes this does have rust . but it's not as bad as most of the project coupes that I've seen for sale lately.

Car is a roller NO MOTOR OR GEARBOX

There are no front or rear seats but the original seat belts are all there .

All the Glass is still intact including the rear window (not pictured)

The window moulds and wipers are long gone and so are the qtr window rubbers and moulds.

PLEASE ITS NOT A COMPLETE CAR WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET

There is a box of pieces and bucket of nuts and bolts and screws.

THE GOOD

PLENUEM is very clean and in than most I've seen with no signs of rust. (A bonus)

PLENUEM corners under front guards are in good shape with minor surface rust and no rust holes.

Front windscreen area is clean with no rusty

Rear screen area is nearly rust free and wouldn't take much to fix. o need for any replacement panels there.

Floors are in great condition with no signs of rust or previous repairs.

Sills look good but there is rust towards the end of them closer to the rear wheels.

Bonnet is great with a very small hole in one corner.

Boot lid is great and rust free but does have holes from a spoiler it must of once had.

Doors are both good with few little bubbles in some outer skin corners. The frames have a couple of spots of rust but nothing that has rusted through. Door jams are great and clean too.

All the rusted areas on this coupe replacement panels are available for it.

THE BAD

Rusty areas include :

Rear tailight panel bottom and sides(can be repaired)

Bottom of rear quarters inside and outside.

Both rear wheel arches

Boot rubber channel(only some bits)

Bottom of rear quarters in front of wheel arches

Sills in front of rear wheels and inside wheel tub bottom .

Bottom of A pillar on drivers side.

Bottom of front guards

Roof gutter on drivers side needs replacing tops only .

THE UGLY

The way it presents now.
