Yep. you did see this one up for auction last week. That high bidder flaked. Please know that if you bid and flake you will be reported as a non paying buyer and I might pursue legal action against you. So please don't bid if you don't plan to follow through. If you are unsure if you should bid. please do not. Thank you.
I did not intend to sell this car so quickly after I bought it but as you know. other opportunities come up. I have 3 Camaros for sale and need to sell only two of them. They are all on Ebay at the same minimum bid price and the first two with bids get new homes and the 3rd one gets to stay with me. So don't wait til the last minute to bid because at least one of the auctions will get  yanked.

If you're looking at this ad chances are you know what the Limited Edition 2002 Camaro is. It is not the typical 35th Anniversary car that all 2002 Camaros were badged with. If you're not sure what this car is then please google 2002 SS Limited Edition and look for the article from Swiss35thLE.

Those of you that know how rare these cars are allow me to tell you more about this one.
This car has just over 31k original miles. I am the 3rd owner. The first owner put 30k of the miles on the car and from what the 2nd owner told me. she had some challenges keeping the car between the yellow lines. So before we go any further it will be important for you to know that this car has a CarFax history with 2 accidents on its record. Neither were major but one did require that the entire car be repainted and new wheels put on. So you decide if thats a bad thing. The good aspect about all that is that this car looks new now. The paint is as good or better than factory paint but its not perfect. Its not a show car paint job. This is not a $25k dollar car. The seats are very very good but not brand new. The carpet is close to perfect. One wheel has about 2 inches of minor curb rash the other 3 are clean. The original CD Changer is included but its disconnected (who uses CD any more anyway).

Now for the best parts. As mentioned. only 31k miles. New (ish) paint. 6 speed manual transmission. Super clean engine compartment. looks new with zero grime or gunk. Cleanest one I've ever seen with more than 100 miles on it. Tires are about 60%. Welded in sub frame connectors and stiff rear shocks make this car stiff as steel and corner like glue. SLP options include cold air induction SS hood with high flow air box. Strut tower brace. Auburn differential. Hurst short throw shifter and the most sought after of all the SLP options. the center mount wide mouth exhaust.

We know that 1971 Limited Edition SS coupes were built. 1037 of them with the 6 speed manual transmission. We don't know how many came with this specific set of SLP options but most sources believe it was around 400 of them. So I believe this is one of about 400 cars built like this.

I have all the original documentation including window sticker. as well as a lot of the invoices for service & work done over the years. This is not a perfect car. Its a used car. its been driven. I want to keep it but I have another opportunity that has arrived. You are welcome to contact me for more info about anything. I will tell you anything I can share with you.
EDIT: Here are the things I can tell you that is not prefect on the car. 1. Spare tire is gone (probably the body shop who painted it forgot to put it back in the car) but these are easy to get in junkyards and I will be trying to get one. 2. The CD changer magazine is jammed in the unit. Seems they all do this eventually. 3. Rear bumper cover needs adjustment and tightening. I will also be looking to get this done but cant promise I will get it done. 4. The original SLP car cover is gone  5. The key cylinder for the rear hatch needs to be replaced. ($50 at most) These are the only deficiencies of this car. Considering its 15 years old and has not been in deep storage all its life like the $25. 00 versions you see here on EBay it is amazing that these are the only issues and they're all easily fixed.
