Only a handful of US Doge Challengers were released with the gator grain option.   The Gator Top roof is a vinyl roof. but with the look and feel of an alligator skin.

  According to the books. there were only 13 Challengers released with the Gator Top and the FT6 Dark Tan Metallic Paint. We are certain this is the only one in Australia.  

Other rare options include the 6 way adjustable seats. .  The SE (Special Edition) has the smaller rear window and a roof console. The Challenger is an all Matching #'s car with the factory 383ci engine. and 727 Column Change Auto. The 383 has been rebuilt and runs like a dream.  It now has a Mopar Perfromance Purple Camshaft. and electronic ignition.  The 727 has also been reconditioned with a stage 1 shift kit. and a 2300 - 2500 rpm hi stall. The 383ci Big Block has a  4bbl Manifold and Carby. Twin Exhaust pipes with Stainless tips and Magnum mag wheels. To help performance. the rear has a 8 3/4 diff with 3. 55:1 LSD

 The interior is  in very good condition. The seats have been retrimmed in leather. and are very comfortable to sit in. New seatbelts front and rear were fitted as part of the requirements for Aust. registration. Child restraints in the back are also fitted. The factory seatbelts are included in the sale. The carpet. door trims and roof lining are in great condition. The SE models have the velour roof lining with roof console. The console as a low fuel warning light.

The car is a beautiful car to drive. Twin exhaust pipes with chrome tips. The paint work is in great condition. In the sun the brown metallic paint sparkles. In the shade the brown is very dark. The chrome is very bright. and is all in very good condition. The original fender tag is still attached. and the Australian modification plate is in the boot. There are a set of USA Goodyear radial tires to go with the car. One of the photos show the car with them fitted. the car has been LOC approved with all certificates and import papers.

 A great investment. The car is on the Gold Coast. and the price includes a QLD roadworthy certificate. The car is currently on club registration.  

The Charger can be viewed on the Gold Coast. My husband has a week off work. so the car can be viewed during the week or weekend. If you need to organize transportation. we have used Melcrest Transport in the past. Their number is 0410 536 194. If you wish to buy our Challenger. please have funds available by the time the auction finishes. A $1000 deposit is required within 48 hours of the auction finishes. Full payment within 7 days. A later pick up date can be arranged if needed. All freight and other costs are to be paid for by the buyer. The registration is not included in the sale. but I can arrange a day permit if needed to drive the car home.

Pay Pal is accepted. but the fees are to be paid for by the buyer. It could be $1000 or more. We accept direct deposit or cheque. Any payment must be cleared before the Challenger will be released. I have listed the Challenger honestly to the best of my knowledge. There is no warranty. returns or refunds. Will be sold as is / where is. I am happy to take more photos. and give more information if needed. Please ask all questions before the auction finishes.
