A Non Refundable deposit of $500 is due via Paypal immediately after auction close and FULL PAYMENT must be made within 7 DAYS of auctions end. The payment must be in the form of CASHIERS CHECK. BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFER. AUTO LOAN DRAFT or CASH IN PERSON.  
NO PERSONAL CHECKS. PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF FULL PAYMENT. PAYPAL CAN ONLY USED FOR THE $500 DEPOSIT! 

If the buyer does not follow through with the purchase of the item (full payment is within SEVEN days of auction end). the Paypal deposit will not be refunded and thus be forfeited.

GENERAL DISCLOSURE:

Please keep in mind these are used vehicles and not new vehicles. Please expect normal wear and tear unless stated otherwise in the listing. ManyEcars LLC has tried to disclose all known information about this vehicle up for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical cosmetic scratches and dings inherent for their age and use. all mechanical parts are subject to fail. We highly encourage a professional inspection for the vehicle at your expense.

All vehicles subject to prior repairs including mechanical. frame. body and cosmetic in order to meet or exceed original manufacturers specification. We often go through several hundred vehicles a month. so we check the vehicles major components (i. e. engine. transmission. rear end. brakes and safety related items) by road testing the vehicle for good mechanical condition.

We are not liable for vehicle batteries being low or dead on shipped units as transporters may have left the lights on or ignition turned on in the vehicle in transport to you. in most cases a simple charge on the battery will cure this. If the battery goes dead the radio in your vehicle may be inoperative and require a programmable radio code before use. programmable radio codes can be obtained at your local new car dealer where that make and model of the vehicle is serviced. If we have available the listed vehicles books and owners manual we will leave them in the vehicle upon delivery. we also try to take pictures of all the books. keys. remotes and owners manual in the listed ad if they are indeed present.

No repairs. airfare. fuel. lodging or transportation expenses will be refunded to the customer by ManyEcars LLC in the event that there is any discrepancy on this vehicle. All refunds must be approved by the management prior to a refund being issued. this approval must be in writing. The refund will only be issued to the original bidder (purchasers name indicated on bill of sale) not to any 2nd or 3rd parties involved. In the event of a refund ManyEcars LLC will only be held liable for the amount indicated on the vehicles original bill of sale. the $299 dealer fee and a $500 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund proceeds.

Once a refund has been authorized. the vehicle must be returned (at the buyers expense) to ManyEcars LLC at 19708 Eustis Airport Rd. Eustis Florida 32736 and must be in same condition when sold. the mileage on the vehicles odometer must not exceed 50 miles from the original odometer reading at time of sale. Once vehicle has been returned please allow 10 working days for inspection and refund process.

In the event of any legal litigation or arbitration the governing county shall be Lake County. Florida. The petitioner will be liable for all attorney and court costs incurred by ManyEcars LLC. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be Lake County Florida United States of America.
