1959 Volvo PV544 for sale

Manufactured in December 1959 and shipped directly to California. Imported to England in 1992 and had 3 UK owners since. Kept in dehumidified storage since importation and is totally rust/rot free. Welded once only in boot floor. Finished in original black paint and is extremely solid and robust. Fitted with rebuilt 1800 engine having a K camshaft and twin SU carbs. The gearbox has also been totally rebuilt. The car has new front springs. brake shoes. wheel cylinders and master cylinder. A new temperature gauge and new fuel tank sender unit have also been fitted. The car drives extremely well.

The car is kept close to M1 Junction 26 near Nottingham and can be viewed by appointment. Please call 0115 938 5003 or 07947 684074 to arrange a viewing.

The car is advertise elsewhere and this auction may be removed at any time. A deposit of £100. 00 is required within 3 days of auction end with the balance payable in cash or cleared funds prior to collection.
