Up for auction is this 1971 Ford Falcon XY GT Replica in Nugget Gold.

If you're sick of muscle cars having NO muscle. then read on.

An absolute dream to drive. this 530HP naturally aspirated 351C V8 will certainly put a smile on your face. However. it also has an additional 100hp shot of Nitrous Oxide (NOS) if you're game.

The car has been driven to a 1/4 mile track. run 10. 8s on the bottle. and driven back home. This thing looks and sounds tough! It turns heads from a mile away as people wait to see where that powerful rumble is coming from.

Has a worked 351 Clevo. manualised C4. and strengthened internals diff. (all specs are below).

It also has a twin 3 inch exhaust with x-pipe. 4 wheel disc brakes and brake vacuum. new tie rod ends & ball joints. GT Bonnet. new 5 slots with red wall tyres. GT parts. plus new interior including seats. roof lining. and carpet. I will also include a spare GT Console with GT shifter in case you want to install it.

Just spent $480 servicing all the electrics. lights. pumps. blinkers. kill switch. and other things. Also spent $2. 00 on the 5 slots with redwall tyres. Interior cost over $2000 also.

Paint work is very nice. but it's not a show car. Some of the door jam areas could do with a tidy up. and a can of the original paint comes with the car.

Current specs are:

Engine - 351 Cleveland with cast crank & rods. hyper pistons. crane cam. comp cams guides & studs. roller rockers. ported heads. TFC high rise manifold. 750 double pumper demon carburettor. Gilmer Drive. twin electric thermo fans. and big radiator keeps it cool. Has a brake vacuum pump and comes with nitrous kit (currently off the carb) with a 3. 8 ltr fuel cell under bonnet with its own holley blue pump & reg for nitrous. plus a 40ltr fuel cell in boot with 1/2 inch fuel lines. and a Holley 150 fuel pump & bypass reg. Car also retains original fuel tank in the boot.
Trans - Full manual C4 Auto with 3000 dominator hi stall. trans cooler. B&M Pro Shifter. (Car comes with a spare GT Centre console and floor shifter).
Wheels - New GT 5-Slots and redwalls.
Diff - Stregthened late model BorgWarner diff. 3. 5 gears. 28 spline mini spool and tramp rods.
Interior - New basketweave seats. new roof lining. new carpet. moster tacho. Nitrous switch. B&M.

Overall. this is a great looking GT Replica and has over $20k worth of running gear alone.
