We are a new start up clothing company. We have dabbled in imports for a few years. Hence. this vehicle for sale. Search Sommerville Speed Shop on insta and facey.


1959 Volkswagen single cab imported from LA. Was on current tags when purchased. But be clear. needs work to get rego in Australia.

The 1600 motor runs strong as. Transmission shifts well. Battery nearly useless though. Treasure chest is full of odd parts.

Will come with replacement panels for inner & outer sills for right hand side. Also has lower nose panel(behind bumper).

Also has safari window kit for front and rear windows. Has new rubbers for doors. And a few other accessories.

Buyer will have option to purchase 17" chrome raider wheels also(these are not for sale separately. please don't ask).


Has import approval. so rego no worries there.

Is listed for sale elsewhere. so please confirm availability before purchase.

Before you make an offer. take into account the dollar is only buying around . 72 us cents. you have to freight here. pay gst once landed. You can not buy this car and the parts in USA and get here for this price. You would have to buy this under 7k in the US to pay less than this. And you can't buy one in the US like this for that price.
