I believe this to be one of the cleanest original Javelins to exist today. Take a look at the photos as there has never been tampering with the wiring anywhere on the car. Under the dash looks like new. The car runs and drives great. There is a bushing out on the driver front strut "Easy Fix". brakes work great. idles great. all electrical works with exception to radio "Lights come on" but will not play through speaker and Cigarette lighter doesn't work.
Tires hold air but need to be replaced. Wheels are American Racing not original to the car.
I can't find a thing on this car other than the wheels and tires that are not original. All Interior. Underneath. Engine Compartment Original !!!!!!
Check out the photos of the body plugs "Like New". Wiring "Like New. Floor Boards "Like New". Front and Rear Bumper don't have a single dent in them. Will need to be re-chromed for show quality. Rear tail light assembly not cracked. This is almost always destroyed!!
Dash isn't cracked except for piece right up against windshield.
All Seat Belts dated Original
The only rust on this car is on the lower rear quarters and the deck lid. This is very common in this style. Please see photos. The Rockers. Front Fenders. Floorboards are like new. All glass in great shape. however. The front windshield does need resealed and the back glass will need to be attended too.
The original owners manual was even found in the glove box "See Photo" as it is "Like New" back of the manual has the original owners information filled in. Also have the following manuals: Original Service Policy and Warranty Manual. Read Before Driving Manual. Original Insurance Card with Agent Name & Original Customer Relations Department "American Motors Sales Corporation" Protective Maintenance Card "Hard Plastic like a Credit Card" in its original mailed envelope.
