 I IMPORTED THIS CAR FROM CALIFORNIA IN 2008. IT WAS PURCHASED NEW IN NEW YORK BY A CAR COLLECTOR WHO KEPT IT IN STORAGE FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL LOG BOOKS & OWNERS MANUAL.
THE CAR IS AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE. HERE WOULD NOT BE A MORE ORIGINAL OR BETTER ONE IN AUSTRALIA OR AMERICA.
WHEN THE CAR WAS SOLD NEW THE DEALER ADDED FACTORY "SS" TRIM WHICH IS STILL 100% ORIGINAL.
THE MOTOR IS A NUMBERS MATCHING 283 V8 WITH A POWERGLIDE 2 SPEED TRANSMISSION. THE BODY IS LASER STRAIGHT WITH ALL ORIGINAL BODY PANELS. THE CAR DRIVES LIKE BRAND NEW.
I HAVE ONLY EVER SHOWED THE CAR ON 1 OCCASION. HAT WAS IN 2010 AT THE "ALL AMERICAN" CAR SHOW AT CASTLE HILL SYDNEY. IT TOOK OUT BEST ORIGINAL CAR TROPHY.
