From its introduction in 1953 the series 62 cadillac eldorado seville established itself as the luxury standard.  This model is loaded with style cues which would later influence lesser models but maintains its place as a style leader.  The new "X" frame for 1957 did away with side rail while providing additional strength.  This gave it a smoother ride. was quieter. and allowed the engineers to lower the body placement for reduced overall height.  The clean elegance and modernism of the 1957 remains the choice for many.  I had renown customizer Gene Winfield shoot the original salmon paint sourced from original GM swatches.  The trans. nbsp;motor. front end. all stainless. chrome. rims have all been rebuilt. rechromed. and polished.  The car has about 8 years since the redo.  Unfortunately the air conditioner and wipers do not work.   There is also a small chip in the paint on the drivers side and what appears to be "solvent pop"which is noticeable below the passenger door.  For being 1 of 2100 produced this car is in beautiful shape and is a joy to drive
