1964 BUICK RIVIERA

Available for sale is an exceptional 1964 Riviera. with original registered California black plates and clean title.
Over the course of the past 2 years. the Buick has been sorted and restored. The car is now used for daily transportion. is reliable. and performs very well.

EXTERIOR: The body is straight. free from any visible cosmetic flaws thanks to indoor storage and a new professional paint job. The Buick wears a quality 2 stage paint job. the GM color is called "Silver Cloud Med". This is a deep finish with no orange peel or blemishes. The car was repainted in July 2012. The bumpers and chrome trim is original. has no rust perfect shine. and is in better than driver quality.

INTERIOR: The black interior remains very original. and well preserved. The headliner is free from rips or wholes. and is in great shape. The carpet is older but is very presentable and clean. The worn dash has been replaced with a custom made. much thicker and sturdier fiberglass dash. The front seats have been re-upholstered. the rear are in great shape and original. All gauges work. all gauge lights work. Tilt wheel. The radio has been upgraded to a newer retro stereo with AUX. and both speakers have been upgraded to BOSS quality speakers. All new wood trim. All windows align well. and weather stripping has been replaced during re-plaint. All windows work perfectly except two rear ones. Could be the switches or window regulators. The trunk is clean and has been sprayed to prevent corrosion. A new glove box was installed.

MECHANICAL:  The 7L 425 Nailhead has been professionally restored along with the 400 transmission. Both have about 1k miles since rebuilt in January 2013. The engine and transmission rebuilt comes with a warranty from the mechanic shop for up to 12k miles. In addition. most mechanical components have been restored or replaced. Water pump. power steering pump. radiator. hoses. flex plate. fuel pump. fuel lines. fan clutch. fan shroud. and tons more parts were replaced. Stacks of receipts for all work and parts replaced. The brake system has also been sorted. Master cylinder. drums. lines. shoes. and booster have all been replaced in September 2011. The car features a newer mild exhaust. Polished American Racing Torque Thrust wheels.

I have provided with as many major replaced or restored components. I have tons of more receipts for many miniscule parts and work that has been done to this car. It has been cared for over the years. and now been brought back slowly to its glory.
It's a beautiful speared body gets many looks. lots of attention. and should not be passed up!
