PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A REVISED LISTING WITH OPTIONS.

This car was started as a Sebring project and is complete but disassembled. Hip replacement surgery intervened and completion is not possible for me.

The car needs reassembly and finishing work and is an ideal Sebring winter project for the MGB enthusiast with mechanical skills (or access to them) and a facility for finishing.

A brief description of the car:

The body shell is a 1972 GT model. disassembled. bead blasted. fully primed and protected. The engine bay was painted in epoxy coat. Sebring flares were fabricated in metal and a couple of metal panels let into bodywork where necessary though the shell was an amazingly sound and clean example to start out with. Twin Monza style filler recesses were fabricated. again in metal. each side of rear quarter panels to take Monza oversize racing filler caps. A modified steel MGB hood comes with car to give clearance for V8 engine.  Metal exhaust vents were let into front wings. A Sebring front valance with ducts for air and fog lights comes with car. Rear Sebring valance.

New 15x8 Enkie type wheels and rubber.

New wiring harness. rubbers to glass. new aluminum radiator. new fuel cell. 4 point roll bar installed.

About $8. 00 went into the metalwork. bodywork. beadblasting and painting over and above the price of the car.

The engine is '93 Ford Cobra V8 302. Cobra heads. roller rockers and mild E303 cam. Freshly painted and ready to go. Approx 300 HP available. Engine is secured in wheeled. engine stand and can be easily moved around.

Ford T5 manual transmission with 8. 8 Ford rear . SN95.  373 gears. posi rebuild.

All of the above: $7. 00 or best offer.

OR --- I will separate rolling body shell and engine/drivetrain.

    Rolling body shell will comprise:

Restored and modified shell with Sebring flares - primed and ready for finishing.

New rims and tires. 4 point roll bar. New engine turned dash. New aluminum fuel cell.

All glass and trim with new rubber.

    Original steering wheel and seats.

Headlights. rear lights. gaskets and assorted latches etc.                      $4. 00 or best offer.

Ford Cobra V8 302 engine with Ford T5 manual transmission

and Ford 8. 8 rear end with posi rebuild.                                               $3. 00 or best offer.

Much money (about $18K) has gone into the car already but as a project sale I am looking for much less than that.

Available as extras and negotiable price :

Full gray leather interior with leather bucket seats and side panels etc.

    MGB wood rimmed steering wheel.

New MGB Grille with cut outs for new traditional twin MGB foglights. (See photo)

Twin mini fog/driving lights for front valence.

Twin aluminum Monza hinged filler caps.

    Konig Minilite Rewind rims.

    Sebring headlight covers.

SO - bid on this car - complete  but disassembled and rebuild and finish over the winter months for a Spring/Summer showing !
