This was my very first car. and I've treated it with a great deal of care.
The 1993 and later MR2s are special in that they have upgraded suspension. and various other fixes that were made from observations of the 1991-1992 models.
This car in particular is a T-top model which is the coolest car option. and this car wears it well.  The person that I bought her from had a Toyota certified mechanic rebuild the engine from top to bottom. and since then the engine has only had about 60. 00 miles put on it. Here are some further details on the upgrades that this car has received! CT-26 turbo upgrade Improved racing clutch Aluminum flywheel Apexi intake Greddy blow off valve Berk down pipe EMS powered large intercooler setup Apexi electronic boost controller HKS fuel cut defender (not installed) ATS heat shield TRD shocks and springs EMS powered front end reinforcement JDM tail lights from 1994 White face racing gauges Racing seats Blacked out wheels
The transmission in the car is only 2 years old.
The paint is original. and in amazing condition especially considering that it is 23 years old. just look at the photos that were taken in clear direct sunlight. I would rate the paint an 7-8 out of 10.
The car does have minor cosmetic wear in the form of some dents. dings. and scratches. Feel free to ask for more photos.
The car runs very well and is a real hoot to drive along the mountain highways. or cruise through town with the T-tops off! The best part about this car and its turbo is when you push the pedal down and receive a lightning fast response.
The A/C and power-steering have been removed to reduce weight. improve response. and increase performance. I would highly recommend leaving the PS off. as it feels better and is safer when you have this much power.
