2003 Ford Ranger

PROS: 2003 Ford Ranger Extended Cab 4 Door XLT 4X4 with rare FX4 Level 2 package. The FX4 Level II package includes Bilstien shocks. 31X10. 5 AT Tires (90% tread). forged Alcoa rims. skid plates. torsen axles (high performance differential w/ heli gears instead of standard clutches). 2 tone ebony and blue extra thick bolstered bucket seats. exterior badging. sonic blue paint (only offered on the Level II). and both the 4X4 shifter and gear shifter (5 speed) are factory chrome with leather boots. billet bases and custom shift knobs. It has the 4. 0L V6 with 130K miles. This out of production truck has power windows. power locks. power mirrors. cruise. tilt. cold AC. CD player. rear window slider and a matching fiberglass camper shell with three sliding windows. It runs great and is in good condition. It does have minor dings and scratches but no real eye sores. There are no rips. tears or burns in the interior. Front brakes and intake gasket were replaced at 120K miles. Back brakes are approximately half. I've put 10K miles on this truck in the last three years. so it spends most of the time in the garage. Selling because a change in my job allows a monthly rental vehicle and I really just don't need it anymore. It would make somebody a great vehicle and the four wheel drive works great. CONS: The plastic piece that holds the cruise "on/off" switch on the steering wheel is broke. but the cruise functions properly so I never fixed it. The washer fluid doesn't spray onto the windshield when the lever is activated. The plastic clip that keeps the gear shift boot in place is broken so the black leather boot will spin freely. This is merely aesthetic. so I never fixed it. The hinges that hold the rear camper shell window up need replaced (approximately $15 on the internet) and I do not have the keys to lock the camper shell. There is no mileage discrepancy to my knowledge on this truck. I received a clear carfax when I bought it several years ago with 120K miles at the time. Text 785-365-1089 with questions.
