This is a very early Series 1 1600E in Silver Fox. It was registered in December 1967. and with the 1600E coming out in late October '67. it is probably one of the earliest examples available. The Series 1 1600E. in my opinion. were a nicer model what with the clocks on the dash and the centre console etc.
This car has had a full 2-pac respray to an excellent standard (£1800). nbsp;including in the engine bay (see pictures). It has also had new carpets fitted. as well as being fully serviced with new tyres. brakes overhauled etc. It has had welding underneath over the years but to a good standard and is fully undersealed and wax oyld. All the seats and dashboard are in excellent condition and are all very original. The mechanics of the vehicle are very good and it drives as it should without any shakes/rattles/judders/leaks.
This car is not mint or in concourse condition. but is an excellent example of a very rare and one of the first Series 1 1600E's.
Sold with 12 months MOT. 12 months tax. fully serviced & wax oyl'd underneath.
