Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged taxes unless your State is one that we are currently required to charge taxes on. Presently those States included are: Arizona. nbsp;California. Florida. Indiana. Massachusettes. Michigan. South Carolina & Washington.  All buyers including out of State customers are responsible for the $250. 00 documentary fee that applies to all customers . The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.  

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes. title. registration. and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $250. 00. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.  

Deposit
We require an immediate (Non-refundable) deposit of $500 to end an auction.   Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end. and make arrangements for payment at that time.   If you are using the "Buy Now" option. a $500. 00 (Non-Refundable) deposit is required immediately. A $500. 00 (Non-Refundable) deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction under any other conditions. . The remainder is due within 7 calendar days of Auction end. Immediate deposit helps us in weeding out false bids and  further protects you as a buyer.   If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle. sell it to the next high bidder. or sell it otherwise.  NOTE: This vehicle is also being offered for sale on our retail lot.    We reserve the right to end this auction at anytime.
