All vehicles will be sold completely "AS IS" with no warranty expressed or implied.

We clean the vehicles before they're placed on the Good Luck Lot. but not again before delivery.

No additional repairs will be made on these vehicles. nor will they be refueled prior to the sale.

A GENERAL SAFETY INSPECTION will be completed by our Service Department. These results are available for you to review before purchase.

As a Good Luck customer. you have the opportunity to have these vehicles checked by your mechanic or service facility prior to purchase.

With our bottom-line pricing. we are unable to repair anything additionally as a condition of sale.

These vehicles will be available for sale for a minimum of 21 days. But we do not hold vehicles.

If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of the auction. we reserve the right to relist. sell to the next highest bidder. or sell the vehicle locally.   Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise. and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold.

 

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.   We can assist you with finding a shipping company if you'd like.   Feel free to call us.   Once the vehicle leaves our dealership. it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company. full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Pick-up

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
