This is a very nice California 1970 VW Bus that has been partly restored.  It runs and drives perfect and could easily be an everyday driver! Tires are in great shape. It has a rebuilt engine with 4. 00 miles. Restoration needed is all internal/cosmetic:  if you want to add new upholstery. middle seat or table. sound system.
We bought this Van from a VW mechanic in Pismo Beach about 16 months ago.  New paint job. steering and engine work.  We have it serviced by Tassi's in Daly City with receipts of the work on engine and all new electrical wiring. This VW has all original parts from hub caps to seat belts. window locks to gas cap. Let us know if you need additional pictures.
Used in city and occasional road trips up the California Coast while taking the kids on adventures.
There are a couple of chips on paint work. The last paint restoration was less than 2 years ago so no visibly signs of rust. Underneath the mats in front and back you can see discoloration of paint but no serious rust damage. Same as underneath body of VW. There is some spots of rust on the metal window frames. The back left hinge of rear back is loose and the plastic covering around is cracked.  
Love this bus and wish we could keep it. but are moving abroad and unfortunately they drive on the opposite side of the road.
