Hello diesel family and friends. thank you for your faithful following and Happy and blessed new year to everyone from Chambers Diesel. 'd like to share a little about my self just to let you all know who you are dealing with before we get together in a business deal. I also have all my policies which have worked for me the past 14 years dealing on ebay and online deals so please read. thanks

.  my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. For those of you who remember when you got your car fueled up the attendant that ran out to fill your car up? That was me. it  is where I started my journey into the car business. at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA. after football practice. I'd put on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up. checked the oil. washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work. brakes. welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars. I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees. 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot. we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and  today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened this small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion). and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. If you give me the opportunity I promise I will do everything in my power not to let you down.

I know these old cummins  diesel/and 7. 3's  trucks inside and out and I personally drive one and love these trucks emmensley. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California. exas. and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast.

A few things to know before bidding or becoming interested in one of my trucks. I do not play games with the price. I do my homework price low for fast cash sales on the buy it now that is what I need if you do the research you will see. however serious cash buyers are encouraged to bring cash offers close to buy it now we might deal to the right buyer. the right buyer to me does his or her homework and knows the market price on these old diesels. is easy to deal with and has there expectations in line. what I'm not looking for is people shooting lowball prices. bringing a magnifying glass to scrutinize a 15-20 year old work truck. if you need new I do not sell that they are tens of thousands of dollars more money and don't last long at all go to the new dealer if that is the case. But if your serious about buying a nice older diesel and are good to get along with that is me as well I will make you a sweet deal. stop down if you can.

 

I also do airport pickup at Harrisburg International. return 1 way rentals. shipping. have on call hours 7 days a week and I am a  bonded tag agent and issue temp tags/title transfer on the spot at my office. Here you go guys these trucks are super rare but this one is not one of my super mint old bodys this is a fixer upper or work truck. if your a pickey buyer please email me I have these mint for 15995-to over 20grand. I bought this beauty in south Texas a few months ago to restore over the winter. my plan changed I decided to vacation in Floridia instead so Im selling all my fixer uppers this month for below cost my loss your gain. 97 Ford F250 XLT crew Shortbed 4 door 4WD 7. 3 Powerstroke diesel engine and all power toys. Completely rust free body from Texas beautiful frame oil pan and ect. She fires right up runs out good too. good shifting tranny. nice interior. everything working. fair rubber. good tight front end. we did drive her home. you can too fly in drive back.

Things to note. body although rustfree has dings and dents as seen in pictures. most on gate and bedsides. has interior wear. also has injector wear. engine wear. and glow plug wear. starts good cold only when plugged in. has blow minor blow by. but 100% drivable and usable. very typical for miles. priced very right great deal for right person. uy it now is bottom dollar wont respond back to low offers. /p>
