Overall car is in good condition for its age.   Rare 1998 BMW M3 Sedan.  There are a few imperfections that you would expect from a car that is 18 years old.  There are a few imperfections on the exterior that I tried to highlight in the photos. The interior is very clean.  Clean carpets and original M3 floor mats are included.  The driver's and the passenger's seat both show some wear on the exterior.  Everything works as it should including ice cold AC with the exception of the power recline on the drivers seat.  This is a very common problem with E36's.  As the engineering was poor and the utilized a plastic gear that can crack.  A do it yourselfer can fix and replacement gears can be found at OdomotorGears. com  for about $30.  Michelins all around that are about 50%.  The only reason I am selling is I do not have time to enjoy the car.  No warranty expressed or implied.  Buyer responsible for shipping but I will assist in getting it on it's way.  Good Luck.  Clean Carfax.
