Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.15) based on 664 votes

This is a beautiful.  very rare 1973 Cougar convertible with the 351 Cleveland CobraJet motor and four speed manual Hurst transmission. I have the MARTI report showing that all numbers match and that this investment car was 1 of only 64 produced with the CobraJet/Hurst power train. Dark metallic green exterior with a saddle tan interior. The speedometer shows 67. 52 miles and the overall condition of the car indicates that the mileage is correct. One very small ding on right front fender which can be popped out for about $60. A few rock chips which were touched up by previous owner and done well. Really nice overall paint. This CLASSIC performance car drives as it should. Please look at all the pictures and ask all questions prior to bidding because all sales are final. This vehicle being sold AS IS. I will be here to let the buyer inspect all aspects of the vehicle so there will be no mis-understandings after the sale. I will consider reasonable offers. The only reason I am selling this car is because I have found my dream car and need the funds to complete the transaction. I am located in Fairfield Bay. Arkansas which is located about an hour or so North of Little Rock.   Shipping will be the repsonsibility of the buyer. I can give you the name of a very dependable shipper if needed. Don't miss out on this extremely rare Ford CobraJet powered classic. The car is for sale locally. so I reserve the right to canel the ad at any time. If the Cougar does not sell soon. I plan on taking it to a national auction. Thanks for looking.

Note: I just added a picture of the complete 5 book set of shop manuals for 1973 Ford cars. They include the Cougar as well as the CobraJet engine and will be given to the new owner. JR

I am interested in your listing of the
1973 cougar if it is still for sale. I had one when I was 16,
Am approaching my 60s and always liked
The car. Would be an early retirement gift to myself. Would you take 25K for it?
