1989 Dodge Dakota Sport convertible for sale in our Tampa Showroom. These are very rare and we are pleased to present this one for sale. With only 2. 482 produced. you don’t see these every day. They were the first convertible pickup produced since the Ford Model A! They feature a fixed roll bar and an easy to operate manual convertible top that folds neatly onto the bed. With A/C. AM/FM/Cassette. cloth interior. manual convertible top. power brakes. power steering. power locks. power windows. radial tires. seat belts. and aluminum alloy wheels. this truck doesn’t lack creature comforts either. This truck just had a new starter installs and fires right up. Also a California Car Cover comes with it and it has a kill switch for security and to keep your battery from draining. These trucks were only produced from 1989-1991 and were built by Dodge and then shipped down the road to ASC to have the convertible conversion done. The top can be folded down and covered with a boot. or completely removed for a really streamlined look. They were only offered in Red. White. and Black and the the grill. bumpers. headlight bezels. wheel lip moldings. door and tailgate handles were painted in black. On the outside the Dakota convertible included an acrylic ram's head hood medallion plus added tape graphics on the body sides and tailgate.
