  1993 4. 0 litre auto. finished in Regency Red. with doeskin leather interior.  As it is a later model. it comes with the outboard rear disc brakes.  Owner before me maintained it fastidiously.  enjoying it for six years. covering around 1. 00 miles per year in it.  

This XJS is fitted with the factory bootlid spoiler and twin headlamp conversion.  The car was completely resprayed in 2011 and is a lovely looking car.  

The interior is in excellent condition and the headlining was replaced by the previous owner and is perfect.  Both front seats are fully electric and work perfectly.

The car has just had a new alternator. alternator belt and AC belt and accumulator for the power braking system. The 4. 0 litre engine starts straight away and displays excellent oil pressure.  The gearbox engages immediately and changes smoothly in each of its three modes.  The ride is nice and quiet and even the original tool kit is still present.  

I bought this car very recently but at the end of next month I will no longer have use of a garage to store the car and so sadly it must go.  
Niggles: The "speed control" (cruise control) is pretty unreliable.  The fuel gauge has a tendency to jump suddenly rather than in a linear fashion. but it does function correctly overall.  
Nothing major. overall a great car with significant recent expenditure by myself.  
Selling this price for a fast sale. no offers I'm afraid.
