Triumph Stag 1972 3. 0 V8 automatic finished in stunning sapphire blue.

This car had been in dry storage for many years until the start of this year when we purchased it and recommissioned the mechanics with fluid changes and electronic ignition and a new MOT etc. The vehicle was then stripped down to bare metal and repainted in 2k. We have replaced some chrome parts but the majority remain original and in excellent order.

The upholstery and hood are excellent with which complement the gleaming paintwork. The car drives excellent with no signs of overheating with all electrics / windows and period pioneer stereo in full working order.

We have some invoices and mots dating through from the 80s showing a mileage of 34. 00 up to 39. 00 in 1997. Although we do not have a full history . he mileage would seem to be genuine at 45. 00 mies but cannot be Gtd. As with any 41 year old vehicle.

This car still has its original V8 engine which omits the most beautiful burble from the stainless steel twin pipes. All in all the car has excellent shut lines . gleaming paint. straight panels. drives beautifully and should not be confused with lesser examples on offer.
