             (RELISTED DUE TO DEADSHIT BOGUS BIDDER)                       1973 VW KARMANN GHIA. Factory fitted cabriolet / convertible. VERY RARE HEATED REAR WINDOW MODEL. This is a restoration project. Car has rust in all the typical locations for KARMANN GHIA.  replacement parts are easily obtained locally or internationally. It has had the floor pan replaced at some point. A new canvas roof was installed in 2000. ( has a few little marks from cat sleeping on it. but easily fixed). The motor was rebuilt in 2000. and is a Mofoco Custom Street Wise 2. 0L with Dual Webber carbies. Oil Filter off the Oil Pump and custom exhaust. Motor and transmission are in great order (in need of a good tune) The motor and trans rebuild was over $4. 00 US. The KARMANN GHIA was shipped to Australia in 2000. The KARMANN GHIA has been stored since being imported. If you look at the pictures you will see there is rust in the sills. rear fenders. front fenders. and under the noise. Rear window is missing. As you will also see in the pictures there is a new front windscreen. new axle beam. new dashboard and glove box (for RHD conversion). plus a collection of other parts.
